Thanks to Kelly for going with me to the doctor. It was nice to have a friends there with me. She also noticed that the baby is enclosed in a heart. I hope the little one knows how much love he/she has so early in life.

Mac's Bday, Great Grand Parents, Carnival and Craw Fish
This was such a busy weekend!
Saturday afternoon the Little/Transou group stop by Mimi and Papa's house. It was so good to all be together! I also got to drop in at my friends Jessica's Bday party and see some of my favorite people and have some craw fish!

Saturday Night we had a wonderful time at my Godmother's Birthday party! It was so good to see everyone and I think it was the first time in over a year that the four "God-sisters" were together! It was SOOO great!

On Sunday Brad, Alysia, Chip and I took the kiddos to the Rodeo Carnival and Live Stock show. Everyone had a great time and Jack even won a prize at one of the game stations! It was super fun!

Jack loved the car ride. It went up and down and in a circle!
He was not scared at all. The girls spun around in tea cups and were laughing the whole time! Adorable!!
To end a great weekend, I got to eat some craw fish with Kelly, which I crave! It was a great weekend! Since the announcement I made on Friday, I have been blessed to have so many well wishes sent my way. I am truly lucky to have the most amazing family and group of friends anyone could ask for!

FIRST DOCTORS VISIT
Today was doctors visit one! I have a very nice Nurse PA named Mary Jane and my Doctor is Paul Cook, the offices are in Herman Medical Center Off Fannin.
I am very excited to know that the baby is 8 weeks and 4 days! Moving along just perfectly. The heart beat is at 174 beats a minute. You can't see much in the picture, but I go back in 2 weeks and hopefully there will be more!
Brad and I are so excited!

Finding out and Freaking out!
Holy Cow! What a surprise!
I arrived home from Mexico on January 30th and was anticipating going to my friend Dawn's house the next Sunday for a great SuperBowl party. By Friday I knew something was a miss. So Brad and I took a test and it did not take the 3 minutes required until that test showed I was pregnant. The next morning we took two more, just to make sure, with the same result.
After a very scared and teary-eyed phone call to Kelly, I went to get a blood test, just in case those 3 test for some reason were wrong:) Well different test same result! The blood test showed I was anywhere from 2-4 weeks pregnant.
That was about 5 weeks ago and now I am excited and only a little scared. I love that my family and friends have all been SO supportive! My sister is my advice hub, providing me with great suggestions and lots of advice. My parents are wonderful as always and of course Brad is attentive and loving, even when I am a little emotional.
The morning sickness sucks and I think that I will never be able to look at Ginger-Ale the same way again! They say it's morning sickness, but really it's all day! It's all worth it!
So I decided to make this blog to document my journey from being pregnant to mother hood. I always love any advice from you Mom's out there and I will update as much as possible!
Thanks to everyone from the love and support!
